1. Introduction
Welcome to Curbside Car Spa, LLC. By using our mobile automotive detailing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our services, so please read them carefully before booking an appointment. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Agreement
Curbside Car Spa, LLC provides mobile car detailing services at the customer's specified location. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that:

You have the legal right and authority to request services on the vehicle.

The service location is safe, lawful, and accessible for our team to perform the detailing work.

You understand that certain stains, damages, or imperfections may not be fully removable.

You acknowledge that the duration of service varies based on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Customers must provide accurate contact information to receive confirmations and updates.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-show appointments may result in full service charges.

If our team arrives at the service location and is unable to perform the detailing due to inaccessibility or customer unavailability, a service call fee may be applied.

4. Payment & Pricing

Payment is due in full upon start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, check, major credit/debit cards, and select digital payment methods.

Prices listed on our website or promotional materials are subject to change based on vehicle condition, additional services requested, or extended service time.

Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazard materials that require extra cleaning time and specialized products.

A travel fee may apply for service locations outside our standard service area.

5. Liability & Damage

Curbside Car Spa, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or worn-out materials.

While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, such as weak clear coats, brittle plastics, or deteriorated upholstery.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon service completion and report any concerns immediately.

Any claims regarding damage must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle during service. Customers are responsible for removing valuables prior to service.

6. Weather Policy

If extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain, storms, or extreme temperatures) prevent safe and effective detailing, we reserve the right to reschedule services at no additional cost to the customer.

We will notify customers of any weather-related cancellations as soon as possible and work to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the service location allows the use of water, electricity, and detailing products if required.

The area should be free from obstructions, pets, and hazards to allow our team to work efficiently.

Vehicles should be emptied of personal belongings before service to prevent accidental loss or damage. We will do our best to sort all remaining personal belongs into a singular bag placed into the trunk at the end of service.

Car seats not removed before cleaning will be removed by the technician at the time of cleaning, however, will not be re-installed at the completion of service. Due to safety and liability concerns, the technician will not reinstall under any circumstances.

Any special requests or concerns should be communicated prior to service commencement.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us immediately.

Minor touch-ups or corrections may be performed at our discretion, provided that the issue is reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Modifications to Terms
Curbside Car Spa, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
